Hopefully next one isn't along the same lines! el oh el. To be fair Connectorz, watch it back seriously!! The guy's obviously a poker genius and i mean nothing against him or anyone by saying it and he's blatantly one of your idols which is cool but theres only so many times one can listen to that kind of lovein! If he's a reg on here or a friend of you regs, could you not get him to do some videos which would be good for on here?

Hi connectorz/all
I realised I could not play this as would potentially miss too many games, however very interesting to watch with commentary. Also seems like alot of good players so very tough to play.
However I am confused.
Clearly I was looking at peoples stats and i cant see how sicknote looks impressive in anyway. Infact eddies stats look much better. Is there some sort of in joke I am not understanding? If not please can you explain to the outsider what is special about sicknote? Has he won something significant off pokerstars??? I realise I am outer circle here on this site but I am genuinely intrigued!

Hey Airstripper, thanks for your comment! I'll take the time to explain. Sick_Read_91, or as some call him 'sicknote', is a prolific live tournament player, and not so much online. He is very much a robin hood type figure, winning large sums of money live (he has won one EPT title, and two WPT titles in the past 2 years), and then comes online to play much lower stakes to give some of it back, in order to stay in touch with the low stakes tournament player. Eddy on the other hand is a bit of a donk. He runs very well, but thinks like a child. He is pretty loveable though. I know this isn't the best explanation, but to really explain what is so special about 'sicknote' would take more along the lines of 3 pages of this thread to so it justice. So I just suggest you keep watching this series, and maybe after the 8 tournaments are over, you will see what we all see now! Cheers. C.

EPT and WPT winner - that is extremely impressive. Which ones did he win. Id love to look him up. p.s Why on Earth is he playing in this "home game"?

For all the doubters out there, I've known sicknote before he won his first WPT back in 2009 and he basically taught me everything I know about poker, great to have him here.

I honestly thought sicknote was a myth. I've heard that if he misses thin river value, he alights to a mountain-top retreat, in Tibet, to contemplate the hand.

So i watched the videos again and i have to say connectorz that the entire vids there is NOT one contested flop from nobody....Why? cause of the structure it was just fold, raise, 3bet or all in donk poker. honestly seeing it again and from all the people i would find hard to agree with, which was zigzag when he mentioned flaws in tournament poker and what we are seeing are exactly this....u know,u say this and that on who i am favouring for the way the structure is, well its actually the game itself bruv you both said it yourself...just like everybody else i would like to win the package but also have fun doing it...no hard feelings my bru just sticking up for myself.
